An Invitation To My Online Writing Community

Hi friends,

If you’re a word-lover, I’d like to invite you to join me and my online writing community for some writing this winter. Cozy Sunday Write-Ins meet on Zoom on Sunday evenings from 4 to 5:15 PST. I read some beautiful writing - poems, micro essays, fragments of memoir or fiction - and then we set pen to page with 3 timed writing prompts. Time is given for those who wish to read their writing out loud. It’s a beautiful way to spend an evening and if you’re interested in joining us, you can let me know in the comments and I will send you a zoom invite. The sessions are free with option to donate.

Last time we wrote together, we played with “Language Poetry” and wrote off of Annick MacAskill‘s poem “November” from her book “No Meeting Without Body”.
